These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of our official website and our mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platforms”). The Platforms are provided to facilitate communication, information sharing, and academic administration between the School and parents/guardians.
By accessing or using our Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are requested not to use the Platforms.

These Terms apply uniformly across all branches unless stated otherwise.
2. Nature and Purpose of the Platforms
The School website is intended for general public information, including details about the School, its philosophy, academic activities, events, and contact information. The website does not provide any login-based services or user accounts.
The School mobile application is designed exclusively for parents and guardians to access academic and administrative information related to their child(ren), including but not limited to student profile details, attendance, homework, circulars, timetables, fee-related information, and school communications.
3. User Eligibility and Access
Access to the School mobile application is provided using the parent or guardian’s registered mobile number. Students below the age of 18 are not permitted to independently register or create accounts. Any access by students is deemed to be under the supervision and consent of their parents or guardians.
The parent or guardian is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities carried out using their account.
4. Accuracy of Information
The information displayed on the Platforms is based on records maintained by the School. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, discrepancies may occasionally occur. In case of any inconsistency, parents are required to contact the School administration for clarification. Data shown on the Platforms shall not be treated as final or legally binding unless confirmed by the School in writing.
5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
The Platforms may display fee-related information such as total fees payable, concessions, fees paid, outstanding dues, and downloadable receipts based on records maintained by the School. The Platforms do not process payments through integrated online payment gateways at present.
Fee payments may be made through offline modes or through direct online methods such as UPI or bank transfer using details communicated by the School. The information displayed on the Platforms is indicative and intended for reference purposes only. In case of any discrepancy, parents or guardians are required to contact the School administration for verification and resolution.
Refund of school fees is not automatic and is subject to the School’s internal policies, applicable educational regulations, and administrative discretion. Not all fee payments are eligible for refunds.
The School reserves the right to introduce online payment gateways or digital payment facilities on the Platforms in the future, subject to applicable laws and revised terms. The School reserves the right to approve or deny refunds on a case-by-case basis.
6. Upload of Documents
Parents may optionally upload documents such as Aadhaar card copies, birth certificates, school leaving certificates, or other academic documents through the mobile application. Uploading documents through the app is voluntary and not mandatory.
The School does not require Aadhaar submission through the app. Physical copies may be collected during admission as per regulatory requirements. Uploaded documents are used solely for academic, administrative, and regulatory purposes.
7. Third-Party Links
The Platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services such as Google Drive or YouTube for educational or informational purposes. These links are provided for convenience only. The School does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platforms, including text, logos, images, and design elements, is the intellectual property of The Rosary School unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The School shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use or inability to use the Platforms, including technical issues, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
10. Modifications
The School reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platforms after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts situated at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platforms.
12. Grievance Redressal Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the School has designated a Grievance Redressal Officer to address concerns related to data protection, privacy, and use of the Platforms.
